Job Description

As a Security Officer Healthcare Site Patrol in Bartlett, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate healthcare personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, access control procedures, and directions to support an orderly healthcare environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and location-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
