Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Documentation in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building perimeters, parking areas, entrances, and common spaces.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and document incidents and observations according to site procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence and timely communication with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
