Who We're Looking For
We want a leader who inspires people, develops talent, builds a winning culture, and leads by example.
• Experience: 5+ years in automotive retail sales, including 2+ years in sales management.
• Results: Proven success driving volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Skills: Strong desking, deal structuring, inventory management, and closing ability.
• Leadership: A passion for coaching, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience.
