Patient Representative - WIC - Grant Funded - Days

In this key role, you will welcome patients, answer phone inquiries, schedule and process patient visits and conduct financial interviews and payment collection. Bring your expertise to guide patients and determine financial eligibility. Light up the room with your presence while making the promise of putting patients first a reality. Join a supportive team, and help us deliver superior customer service to our diverse local community.
The schedule for this full time position is Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm with one Saturday a month.
Preferred Criteria
- Associates degree
- WIC experience
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Required Criteria
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Salary Range:
