Accounts Payable (AP) Customer Experience Transformation Intern

The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team’s success, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events and much more.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 24th, 2027 - July 30th, 2027).

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience, and contributing to various department initiatives. As an Accounts Payable (AP) Customer Experience Transformation Intern, you will support efforts to better understand customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience. This role will provide exposure to how customer insights, technology, and strategic thinking come together to inform business decisions and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Support the AP Customer Service Experience Survey, including survey design and analysis of customer feedback.
• Analyze survey data to identify customer insights and help translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
• Develop expanded content recommendations for the APNow Virtual Agent.
• Contribute to the final AP Transformation Presentation by synthesizing findings and creating clear, compelling presentation materials.
• Support customer experience, branding, and market research initiatives through research and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements depending on the business need.
• The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field. Candidates in related fields will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Relevant fields of study may include Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Customer Experience, Market Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with an interest in customer experience, branding, and market research.
• Ability to design surveys, analyze data, uncover customer insights, and communicate findings through compelling presentations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, organized, and collaborative, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies and the ability to translate customer feedback into meaningful business recommendations.
