What this role is all about

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front office team! In this overnight role, you will be responsible for balancing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting guests with late-night check-in and check-out needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. If that is you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

• Perform nightly audits, balance transactions, and reconcile cashier reports.
• Run reports and post charges using PMS and POS systems.
• Manage late-night check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service, and resolve issues.
• Support front desk and PBX operations as needed.
• Prepare daily reports for housekeeping, sales, and management.
• Follow hotel policies and deliver service aligned with the GUEST model.
• Assist other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

 

The essentials

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with PMS/OPERA a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
• Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
