Join Gallagher and help shape the success of technology integrations that support business growth. In this role, you will help lead technology workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, partnering with business, operations, and information technology teams to deliver smooth and successful integrations. You will play an important role in connecting people, systems, and processes while helping teams navigate change with confidence.

How you'll make an impact

• Help deliver successful technology integrations that support mergers and acquisitions across the business.
• Partner with business and technology teams to create clear integration plans and drive execution.
• Support application, infrastructure, and data migration activities while helping minimize business disruption.
• Build strong relationships across teams and help keep stakeholders aligned throughout the integration journey.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges while helping teams find practical solutions. 
• Provide meaningful project updates that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Help create a positive experience for teams navigating organizational change and transformation.
• Contribute to projects that help Gallagher grow and strengthen its global capabilities.

 

About you

• 5+ years of information technology project management experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience working on mergers and acquisitions, technology integrations, system migrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
• A solid understanding of application portfolios, technology integrations, data migrations, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• The ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Confidence communicating with leaders, business partners, and project teams at all levels. 
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools to drive results. 

Additional experience that may be helpful:

• Experience in insurance, financial services, professional services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications.
• Exposure to cloud migrations, application rationalization, and enterprise technology platforms.
