Current Office location: Hazleton, Wilkes Barre, Scranton, Bartonsville, Allentown and Reading!

Qualifications needed:
- Current Pennsylvania Dental License (or in the process)
- Current DEA License
Office hours: M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM
