Job Summary
The Driver will be responsible for delivering and collecting rental vehicles, transporting vehicles safely between locations, and ensuring that every customer receives a smooth, professional, and premium service experience that reflects Beno’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect rental vehicles from / to customers.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for handover to customers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental, documenting any existing damage or issues.
- Complete vehicle handover and collection procedures accurately, including required documentation and photographs.
- Drive responsibly and comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the rental operations team regarding vehicle availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely deliveries and collections while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Report accidents, vehicle damage, maintenance requirements, and any operational concerns immediately.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and uphold Beno’s professional image at all times.
- Valid UAE driving licence appropriate for the vehicles being driven.
- Previous experience as a driver, preferably in car rental, luxury automotive, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, major hotels, landmarks, and key locations across the UAE.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle vehicles carefully and perform basic vehicle condition checks.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
