Description
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Are you an experienced dental assistant who wants to be more than "just an assistant"? Do you love dentistry, enjoy learning new technology, and take pride in providing exceptional patient care? Are you looking for a dental home where your skills are appreciated, your ideas matter, and your professional growth encouraged? If so, we would like to invite you to Join our privately owned, non corporate Nashville dental practice with 30 years of trusted patient relationships as we grow into our beautiful new 11 operatory boutique facility near the Nashville Airport. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, technology savvy dental assistant who loves exceptional patient care, takes initiative, and wants a long term home. We value quality over quantity. Relationships over production. Excellence in everything we do.
What You'll Love
Beautiful new, modern boutique dental office
Digital intraoral cameras, digital radiography, and modern clinical workflows
3D printing and in-house dental lab technology
Comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Opportunities to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with our practice
A supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional patient experiences
⸻
Growth Opportunity (This is BIG):
We are willing to pay for Expanded Function assisting training for the right candidate — allowing you to perform fillings and expand your skill set just like our current EFDA.
This is a career path, not a job.
⸻
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,500-$70,000 (based on experience) plus bonus
Monthly bonuses
Paid Holidays & PTO
6% Retirement contribution
Uniform Allowance
Medical insurance stipend
Paid continuing education and professional development
Paid travel for approved continuing education
Employee & family dental discounts
Supportive, drama-free team environment
Long term career growth in a beautiful, modern private practice
No corporate quotas. No assembly-line dentistry.
⸻
What we value:
• Integrity
• Initiative
• Accountability
• Team-first mindset
• Long-term commitment
If you’re tired of being overworked, underappreciated, or stuck with no growth — we’d love to meet you.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced RDA who is skilled in chairside assisting, organized, positive, and excellent with patients. Familiarity with Dentrix, intraoral scanners, and 3D printing is a major plus; enthusiasm for learning new technology is essential. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of something special, we would love to meet you.
