Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent retail clients, building long-term relationships through proactive engagement.
• Provide comprehensive financial advisory services, offering tailored wealth management, investment, and insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth of the branch.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal bank policies, and operational risk standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with product specialists and branch team members to provide a holistic banking experience for clients.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record in relationship management, wealth advisory, or financial sales within the consumer banking sector.
• Deep understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, treasury products, and life insurance.
• Possession of required regulatory certifications for financial advisory and investment sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
