About the location:
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia will feature 95 keys and 25 branded residential homes, 8 distinct F&B outlets, all thoughtfully designed to reflect a contemporary interpretation of the Dominican Republic’s natural beauty. Wellness will be a defining pillar of the property, delivering a holistic experience that harmonizes with the natural environment while enhancing overall wellbeing through the restorative power of nature. The sustainable luxury destination is located on a 60-acre (24 hectare) site along the pristine beachfront of Playa Esmeralda in northeastern Dominican Republic, along the southern shores of Samaná Bay. A site of breathtaking natural beauty, Tropicalia is home to a diverse ecosystem of white-sand beaches; crystalline, aquamarine water and coral reefs; mountains, forests, mangroves, lagoons and rivers; a working coconut plantation; and an organic farm.About the role:
The Spa Supervisor will support the Spa Director in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with the hotel’s established service, quality, and wellness standards. This role will play a key part in team supervision, treatment and reservation coordination, guest service, and operational follow-up, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and an efficient Spa operation.
What you will do:
- Support the Spa Director in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily Spa operations.
- Supervise and support therapists and Spa team members, promoting high standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Ensure every guest receives a personalized experience by anticipating their needs and following up on preferences and requests.
- Oversee reservations, treatments, schedules, and team availability to ensure an organized and efficient operation.
- Monitor compliance with Spa quality, hygiene, presentation, and safety standards.
- Professionally handle guest requests, feedback, and special situations.
What you bring:
- Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Spa & Wellness, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, hospitality, or guest service.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
