Your Role:
- Provide direct care and support with daily living needs
- Coordinate medical appointments, medications, healthcare needs, and follow-up
- Keep accurate medical, behavioral, and program documentation
- Support and train Direct Support Professionals
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Support clients with outings, Griz games, outdoor activities, and other interests
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home
- Manage household inventory, petty cash, and spend-downs

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable and comfortable taking ownership. Caregiving, healthcare, developmental disability, behavioral support, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. In addition, you should be:
- Comfortable coordinating medical needs and communicating with healthcare providers
- Confident setting clear and respectful boundaries
- Able to provide direction and support to staff
- Compassionate and comfortable working with behavioral and medical needs
- A strong communicator and team player
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening as required by Montana law
- Have at least 5 years of driving experience with a record acceptable to our insurer
