Description
We are seeking an HR Program Management Intern to help provide an optimized employee experience, increase operational efficiency, and enable greater workforce capacity by transforming and simplifying People processes and systems.
The right candidate for this role will
- Be in the process of receiving a Masters degree in Human Resources, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) is a plus and would be a valuable addition.

As a HR Program Management Intern, you will
- Be paired with a mentor, who will support you throughout your internship
- Get to work in meaningful & real-world projects right from the beginning, helping with presentations and documentation
- Collaborate with other HR COEs, HR Leaders, Finance, HRIS, and stakeholders, taking learning opportunities that will arise every single day

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in May until July. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
