Bilingual Sales Representative

No sales experience? No problem! We’ll train you.

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others, learning about technology, and working toward goals? Join our Metro by T-Mobile team as a Bilingual Sales Representative and build your career in wireless sales and customer service!

Whether you have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, or sales, we want to hear from you. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required — paid training is provided!

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive in-store experience.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend the right phones, plans, and accessories.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized solutions.
• Promote products, services, and current promotions.
• Work toward individual and store sales goals.
• Learn about new technology, products, and wireless services.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Work as part of a supportive team to achieve shared goals.

? What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
• Motivated to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
