Description
Reporting to a Production Team Leader, you will operate and support production equipment at our Fort Madison, Iowa manufacturing facility. You will join a team of approximately 400 associates and help ensure the safe, efficient production of quality products.
This is a 3rd shift position located at 2467 Henry Ladyn Dr., Fort Madison, IA.
Starting pay is $22.17 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour 3rd shift differential.
NOTE: Associates may progress to $25.44 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements and $28.18 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and perform routine equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production operations.
- Perform product quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Support process improvements that increase production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain equipment sanitation and a clean work environment while supporting food safety and OSHA requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
Ingredients Required for Your Success:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production requirements.
