Description
Companions Animal Hospital is a veterinary clinic that cares for small animals only, dogs and cats. We are looking for a people person who also loves animals to join our customer service team.
Duties would include:

- Greeting all clients and pets, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling appointments, using Impromed veterinary software.
- Checking clients in and out, processing payments.
- Handling medication refill requests.
- Monitoring and responding to email and text communications.
- Opening and/or closing the office.
- Occasional animal handling may be required.
Requirements:
- Experience in the veterinary field very much preferred.
We are locally owned, offer a set schedule with weekends and holidays off, and competitive pay.
