Let’s Talk about the Role

The Reference Solution Delivery Leader will transform strategic solution concepts into scalable, competitive, and deployable assets that drive consistency across global energy projects. You will sit at the vital intersection of solution strategy, bid support, and execution readiness. By developing standardized toolkits, templates, and deployment methodologies, you will ensure our power solutions are configurable, efficient, and aligned with market needs. You will be the champion of engineering reuse, guiding cross-functional teams to reduce complexity and improve our competitive edge.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Developing standardized reference solution packs and toolkits to ensure clarity and usability across global regions.
• Driving the industrialization of our offerings to improve scalability, repeatability, and execution efficiency.
• Governing cost and lead time baselines to protect project profitability and maintain high competitiveness.
• Leading the expansion of engineering reuse through reusable content to minimize rework and inefficiency.
• Collaborating with regional stakeholders, NPI, and product teams to ensure solutions remain practical and market ready.
• Improving our overall win rate and execution consistency by integrating feedback from tendering and project delivery.

Skills for Success

You should be a collaborative technical-commercial leader with a passion for process improvement and a track record of:

• The ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex solutions, from initial concept through to execution and continuous improvement.
• The capability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment between global engineering standards and regional business requirements.
• An understanding of cost modeling, lead time planning, and risk management within a project or bid environment.
• An expertise in developing and deploying standardized frameworks or reusable engineering packages, as well as in cost competitiveness, lead time planning, and baseline definition for complex solutions or projects.
• A keen interest in modernizing energy grids and advancing power conversion technologies.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

This is a permanent position based in Tampere (Finland). We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility.
