Specialty Coffee Barista & Servicemitarbeiter:in | 30 hours per week | Munich (f/m/d)

## Hi!

We are Coffee Circle, Germany’s leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin. We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain is treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest €1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing regions, such as clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. With over €4 million raised in donations, we cannot wait to increase our positive impact with you on our team, one cup of coffee at a time.

**And now, we’re coming to Munich!**

We’re opening our first Coffee Circle Café outside Berlin and are looking for a strong local team to help us bring Coffee Circle to a new city. As part of our Munich opening team, you will play an important role in building the café from the ground up, creating a great guest experience, and bringing our coffee, hospitality, and culture to Munich.

What we believe in

Coffee brings all kinds of people together. So do we. At Coffee Circle, coffee experts work alongside artists, entrepreneurs, writers, designers, and plenty of people who simply care deeply about what they do. We look at the world with curiosity, respect, and open eyes, because great coffee is never just about the cup. It’s about the people behind it, the choices we make, and what we can build together: better quality, stronger partnerships, and a more thoughtful way of doing business.

No matter what your race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity: you are awesome as you are, and if the job description resonates with you, there's no reason why you should not apply.

We are looking forward to getting to know you!
