Full-Time | $20/hour | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team. You will help ensure patients receive efficient, compassionate care throughout their visit while supporting providers with examinations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
- Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, test results, and other medical information
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, medications, and patient care
- Assist with patient transfers before and after procedures
- Schedule follow-up appointments and help manage the patient waitlist
- Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare safety and compliance standards
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
- Complete required training and other duties as assigned
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Medical Assistant certification, if required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare/clerical procedures
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
