Drive Performance

• Provide business rationale and develop a comprehensive understanding of site performance across the full value chain, from production through to final clients.
• Organize business performance review materials and identify key performance drivers.
• Provide a monthly forecast for the plant’s full-scope P&L and cash flow.
• Support the Site Manager in organizing monthly business review.
• Help bridge the gap with forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities and help to set up actionable mitigation plans to achieve financial targets.
• Lead cost analysis meeting, collaborate across departments to provide clear costing insight, improve accuracy of BOM, drive cost reduction, and track the implementation of actions.
• Drive working capital optimization to enhance site cash flow performance.
• Lead target cost estimation and support pricing decision for new products.
• Provide financial support (costing, BP and financial validation) of the innovation projects
• Lead competitive costing modeling and set benchmark to drive long term optimization.
• Drive initiatives to improve return on capital employed (ROCE).

Strengthen Governance 

• Conduct global guidelines for Budget preparation, monitoring, and controls to ensure financial discipline across the site.
• Support on accounting consistency and act as the first line of finance control.
• Guarantee the reliability and integrity of site financial data.
• Coordinate and provide Finance related guidance to stakeholders.
• Work with FP&A to improve productivity and enhance on-site financial analysis.

Enable Decisions

• Support the Site Manager with financial insights and analysis to facilitate business decisions.
• Challenge and prioritize CAPEX requests to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and value creation.
• Develop financial acumen and financial discipline across the site through coaching, training, and ongoing engagement with operational teams.
• Build financial models and conduct feasibility analysis for new projects, products, or significant investments.
• Work as Local PPM to prepare Business Project BP and support project to pass gate review
• Provide strategic investment decisions based on market trends and production capacity. Data support and risk assessment
