Software Support Internship

About the Role
Technology is about more than building products, it's also about ensuring customers receive exceptional support.
As a Software Support Intern, you'll help investigate technical issues, support customers and internal teams, and contribute to delivering excellent service experiences.
What You'll Do
- Assist with troubleshooting software-related issues
- Work with support engineers to diagnose and resolve problems
- Document incidents and solutions
- Analyse recurring issues and identify improvements
- Support testing and validation activities
- Collaborate with development and product teams
We're Looking For
- Students studying Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Returning to university after the internship
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills
