About the role:
The Technology Adoption Specialist plays a critical role in driving technology enablement across RSM’s national network. This role supports the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, automation tools, and AI agents, by providing training, guidance, and strategic input. The role bridges people, processes, and tools to ensure new technologies deliver measurable value to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other core systems.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials, including guides, use cases, videos, and digital tips.
- Facilitate national webinars, focus groups, and internal Communities of Practice.
- Support adoption efforts through structured change management practices.
- Evaluate and test new technologies and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
- Contribute to national AI strategy, including pilot project design and stakeholder input.
- Identify, assess, and recommend tools that align with firm-wide digital transformation goals.
- Partner with staff across divisions to ensure adoption aligns with operational needs.
- Provide ongoing updates on performance, releases, and technology roadmap changes.
- Track user feedback and serve as a central point of contact for support and issue resolution.
- Monitor trends in AI, automation, user behaviour, and emerging workplace technologies.
- Lead experimentation with advanced prompting, reporting, and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Develop and publish insights, playbooks, and adoption resources aligned with strategic objectives.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
Desirable
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

- 4+ years of experience delivering IT or digital skills training in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging training content and documentation.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training that focuses on end-to-end business processes and role-based workflows, not just systems use.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing training requirements.
- Experience communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels and functions of the business.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering both in-person and online training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a national or cross-functional team.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to support needs analysis and enablement design.
- Willingness to travel interstate to deliver training and provide onsite support during major technology rollouts.
