Description
Duran Golf Club, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Outside Operations to support the daily operation of the golf course and practice facilities while providing exceptional service to our guests. This role plays an important part in the golfer experience by assisting with pace of play, coordinating tee times, supporting tournaments, maintaining golf carts and bag drop operations, and ensuring guests receive a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departure.
Required Availability
This position requires availability on weekends and holidays. Typical shifts are:
Part-time employees will be scheduled based on business needs and will not necessarily work all of these shifts each week. However, candidates must be available to work these days and times as needed. Schedules, days, and hours may increase, decrease, or change based on business and operational needs.

Required Availability
This position requires availability on weekends and holidays. Typical shifts are:
- Sundays and Tuesdays, which shifts typically scheduled between 11:00am-9:00pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm based on course needs
- Mondays from 5:30am-2:00pm

Job Duties:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service upon arrival and departure.
- Support the orderly flow of play and assist with tee time coordination.
- Monitor and maintain pace of play on the golf course.
- Assist with tournament operations and special events.
- Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and golf carts.
- Stage, stock, clean, and maintain golf carts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bag drop area, practice facilities, and cart barn.
- Work closely with the Golf Shop and other operations staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical stamina to walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Golf operations experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekend and holidays as business needs change
