Who we are looking for 

We are seeking a Business Risk Consultant, Senior Associate, to support the Business Risk Management function. In this role, you will coordinate the accurate and timely preparation of governance materials and management information, while also providing administrative support for control reporting. You will work with multiple stakeholders to help ensure that risk-related information is complete, reliable, and delivered within agreed timelines, contributing to effective oversight and informed decision-making.

Your new role


As a Business Risk Consultant, Senior Associate you will:

 

  • Work with various risk data like: KRIs, ICASM INCs, Archer FNDs ensuring completeness, accurate and appropriate for use
  • Prepare and/or review production of formal reporting meeting decks for key risk forums within the stipulated timelines signing off completeness and accuracy
  • Support Business Risk Management, by production of accurate timely risk reporting and analysis papers for multiple Risk Committees
  • Provide administrative support for control orientated processes such as SOC1 EY audit and preparing SOC1 comfort letters on requests
  • Perform or effectively accommodate in the team ad-hoc analysis requested from Business Risk Managers 
  • Monitor process changes and follow them
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and maximize the use of the company’s strategic tools
  • Provide support for SharePoint repository
  • Handle various ad hoc requests and data analysis tasks
  • Co-operate with and playing overseeing role over Risk Reporting Services data deliver, prior providing them to Risk Managers
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s risk culture and the roles and responsibilities of the Three Lines of Defense
  • Perform administrative tasks, including agenda management, attendance tracking, and minute-taking

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-years of experience in financial services and/or service delivery
  • English proficiency is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in database management, data analysis, change management
  • Knowledge of operational controls, the SSC control framework, and related risks
  • Previous experience in an analytical role
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate is an advantage

 

Additional requirements:

  • The position requires office presence at least 3 days per week

Minimum Salary:​

zł87 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
