About the Role We are looking to recruit a dedicated and methodical Transport Logistics Dispatcher (m/f/d) to join an ambitious, high-growth company operating within the green energy sector. Within this function, you will play an indispensable role in supporting the worldwide energy transformation by planning and overseeing eco-friendly international transport streams. You will cooperate closely with a seasoned, supportive team at our Coesfeld headquarters, making sure that sustainable raw materials are dispatched safely, punctually, and economically.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport Execution: Plan international sea and road journeys for sustainable bio-feedstocks, tracking shipments from manufacturing sources right through to buyers across the EU.
• Partner Coordination: Direct and brief freight carriers and logistics vendors, verifying that pickup and delivery slots are strictly met.
• Cost Management: Negotiate advantageous freight tariffs, manage logistics outlays, and actively steer clear of unexpected cleaning fees or demurrage charges.
• Tracking & Documentation: Log and maintain current shipment metrics within enterprise systems while tracking cargo progress comprehensively.
• Compliance & Customs: Compile, check, and submit transport and customs paperwork to guarantee absolute regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Deliver daily visibility regarding incoming and outgoing transports to the Accounting, Trading, and Warehouse teams.
• Process Improvement: Pinpoint bottlenecks and offer constructive optimization proposals for internal transport processes.

• Language Proficiency: High-level fluency in German (C1) and professional capability in English (B2).
• Skills & Attributes: Strong precision, exceptional organizational skills, basic mathematical competency, and a cost-conscious mindset.
• Work Style: Readiness to work primarily on-site in Coesfeld and the resilience to handle routine dispatch duties with a steady hand under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

• A finished apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau) or an academic qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (BWL)—or simply an authentic love for logistics.
• Initial hands-on background in freight forwarding or transport coordination.
• Experience dealing with EU import documentation or customs processes.
