This is an outstanding opportunity for a first-line risk professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful change across a complex international environment.
Working directly with the Corporate Services Global Head of Risk and senior leaders across Corporate Services, you will help shape the risk agenda for functions including Real Estate Services, Corporate Security & Investigations, Global Supplier Services, and Corporate Business Solutions. This is far more than a reporting role. You'll be a connector, influencer, and strategic partner helping leaders make informed decisions while driving a stronger risk culture across the organization.

What you will do in the role:
- Act as a trusted partner to CS functional stakeholders, helping embed effective first-line risk management practices across Corporate Services
- Drive governance initiatives across Non Financial and Operational Risk, Business Continuity, Technology Risk, and Information Security and Model Risk Management
- Provide oversight of operational risk incidents, ensuring thorough root cause analysis, effective remediation, and alignment with enterprise risk strategy, governance, and control objectives.
- Lead executive-level risk reporting, including the quarterly Risk Appetite Metrics including creating of governance materials for divisional governance with exposure to senior management
- Build and maintain a strong global network across Corporate Services functions, Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, and other control functions
- Participate in projects on second line transformation, enhance controls, and reduce operational risk exposure
- Support business continuity and resilience programs, including continuity planning governance
- Partner with supplier governance teams to strengthen oversight and ensure critical risk-management obligations are met
What you will bring to the role:
- We are looking for relationship builders, influencers, and strategic thinkers who can navigate complex organizations and drive outcomes through collaboration.
- 10+ years of experience in Operational Risk, First Line Risk & Controls, Governance, Business Management, or related fields
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively
- Experience building trusted partnerships across multiple functions and regions
- Strong executive reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and addressing underlying risk drivers through effective root cause analysis.
- Ability to translate complex risk data into actionable business insights and drive sustainable solutions. Strong project management and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and proficient in use of AI tools.
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership mentality, and passion for continuous improvement
