Why this job matters
Banquet Servers help bring events to life by creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. From setting up tables and décor to serving food and beverages, clearing, and cleanup, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly and guests leave happy.
What you bring to the table
- Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
- Champion guest interaction standards and coach banquet team members to deliver warm, polished service in alignment with Executive Chef and departmental guidelines.
- Serving and delivering food to guests, using tray service at all times.
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus including timing for events.
- Foster open, upbeat communication with team members and supervisors to maintain a collaborative, positive kitchen environment.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

- Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
- Prior food service experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age minimum with GED or HS Diploma.
- Must obtain a current Food Handler's Card and have a working knowledge of the regulations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to follow and provide clear verbal and written instructions to others.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.
