YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise installation and qualification technicians and engineers working on EBARA products at the customer site.
  • Coordinate installation, qualification and warranty-repair activities through to the handover of fully functional systems in line with OEM specifications.
  • Plan team schedules, manage time-off requests and address staffing gaps.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones and team KPIs; recommend corrective actions when deadlines or targets are at risk.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
  • Respond to customer issues and escalations, working with the Account Team and relevant internal teams to resolve them.
  • Oversee team safety, ensure EHS requirements are followed and keep safety training up to date.
  • Monitor staffing forecasts and support discussions with the customer about contracted headcount.
  • Contribute to field-service processes and oversee their implementation.
  • Act as a product-level expert for tool-down escalations.
  • Manage site-level field service budgets, expenses and P&L performance.
  • Support the training and development of direct reports.

 

YOUR PROFILE

·         Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.

·         At least 5 years' experience in system service, project management, field service, assembly or operations in the semiconductor industry.

·         Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

·         Experience in team building and change management.

·         Analytical, structured and process-oriented approach.

·         Basic knowledge of quality management and EHS.

·         Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

·         Resilient and energetic.

·         Willing to travel 10-25% of the time.
