and champion our High-Voltage GaN portfolio, turning technical innovation into

tangible market success. Develop and execute marketing strategies for high-voltage GaN products:  Define and

implement effective product marketing strategies to position our high-voltage

GaN portfolio for long-term growth and market leadership Drive lead customer engagement and go-to-market activities:  Partner

closely with strategic customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption,

strengthen the opportunity pipeline, and expand market penetration Shape and manage the HV GaN product roadmap:  Define and continuously evolve the product roadmap

to future-proof the portfolio and ensure alignment with emerging market needs

and technology trends, taking full ownership of the assigned product portfolio Guide product development from a market perspective:  Support

development programs as the marketing expert by providing competitive insights,

scenario planning, and business case analysis to help steer product definition

and investment decisions Build strong cross-functional relationships:  Establish trusted partnerships with key

stakeholders across international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing,

System Engineering, and Program Management to ensure effective collaboration

and successful product launches Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A technical degree in Electrical

Engineering , Microelectronics , Physics , or a related field, ideally combined with an additional education or training in business management, marketing, or strategy  6+ years of relevant professional experience  in Product Marketing  or  Product Management within the semiconductor industry , with a demonstrated

track record of strong customer focus and successful market engagement Strong marketing capabilities  with the ability to translate complex technical concepts  into  compelling customer value propositions;  experience

in marketing technically sophisticated products – such as  power semiconductors or multi-chip solutions  – is highly desirable A collaborative mindset  and the

willingness to work effectively in a cross-cultural, globally distributed

organization, including coordination across multiple time zones Excellent  English  communication skills We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
