# WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and results-driven digital marketing professional who can accelerate Boston Scientific’s digital growth by connecting healthcare professional engagement, patient education, emerging technologies, and data-driven strategies with measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable digital capabilities, and transform digital interactions into meaningful patient engagement and access to care.
## Key Qualifications & Competencies
Strategic Digital Growth Proven ability to design and execute integrated digital strategies aligned with business priorities, driving qualified engagement, demand generation, and measurable conversion outcomes.
Healthcare Professional & Patient Engagement Ability to develop innovative digital education and engagement initiatives that empower healthcare professionals, improve patient awareness, and facilitate access to appropriate care.
Digital Innovation & Emerging Technologies Strong curiosity and practical experience evaluating and implementing AI, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and emerging digital solutions to address business challenges.
Conversion & Performance Marketing Ability to design, optimize, and measure digital journeys from awareness and education to qualified patient actions, specialist connections, and consultation opportunities, where appropriate.
Data-Driven Decision Making Proficiency in leveraging analytics, funnel metrics, experimentation, and performance dashboards to generate actionable insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across Business Units, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and external partners without direct people-management responsibility.
Digital Capability Building & Scalability Experience transforming digital expertise into educational programs, playbooks, tools, and repeatable frameworks that strengthen organizational and healthcare professional digital capabilities.
## What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means moving beyond traditional digital marketing metrics to build scalable digital growth capabilities that deliver measurable improvements in HCP engagement, patient education, qualified demand, conversion effectiveness, and business impact.
## Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, digital transformation, or growth initiatives; healthcare or MedTech experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Digital campaign management, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, conversion optimization, AI-enabled marketing tools, and performance dashboards.
Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Leadership: Proven experience leading strategic projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders as a senior individual contributor.
