About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day lending operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth and timely loan processing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the lending lifecycle, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
-Lending Operations: Manage day-to-day lending activities and ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications in coordination with Product, Technology, Business, and Sales teams.
-Daily Operations Management: Monitor daily operational activities, track pending cases and issues, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and relevant lending partners to ensure seamless execution of lending processes.
-MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily operational trackers, prepare issue-resolution reports, monitor key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
-Issue Resolution: Identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
-Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall lending process.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of experience in lending operations, fintech, banking, or NBFC operations.
- Good understanding of the lending lifecycle, loan processing, and operational workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A graduate with hands-on experience in lending operations, partner coordination, and day-to-day business operations, preferably within a fintech company, bank, or NBFC. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure timely issue resolution.
