Paid Media Manager

We’re working with a specialist marketing agency in Bath that has a long-standing reputation for being one of the very best agencies in their space. The team is looking for a Paid Media Manager who enjoys being hands-on with campaigns while also taking ownership of client relationships and strategy. This is a role that would be well-suited to an experienced Paid Media Manager who enjoys working autonomously and independently.

The Role

You’ll plan, build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, covering Search, Performance Max, YouTube and paid social. Your work will span both performance and brand-building activity, so you’ll be comfortable looking beyond platform metrics to understand how campaigns contribute to wider commercial goals.

You’ll manage media budgets, analyse results through GA4 and Looker Studio, and turn your findings into clear recommendations. You’ll also work closely with creative partners to brief assets, test messaging and feed campaign insights back into future activity.

As a key contact for clients, you’ll present results and recommendations confidently, as well as contribute to media strategies for new business pitches.

Skills & Experience

• You’ll ideally bring at least four years’ paid media experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of both Google Ads and Meta.
• A strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, product feeds and conversion tracking, and be comfortable explaining what the numbers mean for a client’s business.
• Experience presenting campaign results, shaping strategy and collaborating with creative teams will also be valuable.
• The role requires four days a week in the central Bath office, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that working pattern.

Benefits

Depending on your level of experience, the salary on offer here is up to £48k. The working pattern is 4 days in the office, and so if you are unable to commit to this working pattern, then unfortunately your application cannot be considered.
