Job Summary

Our client is  looking for an experienced IT Staffing Specialist to manage contract and Time & Material (T&M) staffing requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified IT professionals and supporting clients with flexible workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate submissions.
• Maintain candidate and client databases.
• Manage onboarding and documentation processes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
• Experience with contract/T&M hiring.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and job functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
