**Position Overview:**The Licensed Residential Service Plumber will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to homeowners with precision, professionalism, and expertise. This role requires a valid plumbing license, strong technical skills, and a customer-centric approach to service. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to upholding industry standards and safety protocols.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of fixtures, piping, and appliances.- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately using advanced tools and techniques and recommend effective solutions to homeowners.- Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and prevent accidents.- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining plumbing issues to homeowners, presenting service options, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and homeowner communication.- Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs and expectations.- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

 

**Qualifications:**- Residential, Journeyman or Master Plumber License Required- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed residential plumber, with a proven track record of success in residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.- Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, equipment, and materials.- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced residential environment.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
