Operations Coordinator
Location: Ashford, Feltham
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday - Hybrid Working Available after training
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join a busy team, keeping deliveries, collections, relocations and installations running like clockwork.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating deliveries, collections, relocations and installations for key customers.
- Keeping customers updated and providing a first-class service from start to finish.
- Booking jobs, raising paperwork and keeping systems and records accurate.
- Preparing customer quotations and arranging services with third-party suppliers.
- Tackling operational challenges and finding quick, practical solutions.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Managing customer enquiries, reports, inventory information and supplier purchase orders.
- Ensuring job files are accurate and ready for the accounts team.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years' customer service experience in a similar role.
- Experience in transport, logistics or installations would be a big plus!
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and fantastic attention to detail.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A positive, flexible, team-focused attitude.
- Someone who takes ownership, uses their initiative and enjoys solving problems.

Working hours
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, with 8.5-hour shifts worked within these hours. Some flexibility may be required during peak periods.
