National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Monarch | Omaha, Nebraska Area | $65,000–$70,000 per year | Full-Time

Monarch is hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our roving maintenance team based in the Omaha, Nebraska area. This position travels to apartment communities throughout the Midwest and across the country to help with maintenance needs, repairs, and property improvement projects.

We’re looking for an experienced apartment maintenance professional who knows the trade, can lead a crew, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Pay and Benefits

• Annual salary of $65,000–$70,000

Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of maintenance experience, including at least 5 years in apartment maintenance

• Strong hands-on skills in drywall repair, painting, and carpentry

• Plumbing experience, including sweating copper pipe

• Electrical experience, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

• Ability to travel regularly and work at multiple apartment communities

• Leadership skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a team

Preferred Certifications:

• EPA HVAC certification

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
