Description
Your team
At Noxtua, we’re building Europe’s Legal AI, and our marketing team’s mission is to make Noxtua the name legal professionals across Europe know and trust. You’ll join a growing marketing team of eight people and help make our website the place where that trust starts. You’ll collaborate across Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Product, and GTM, working most closely with our Web Content Manager, Brand Marketing Lead, Product Marketing Manager, and PR specialists.
You’ll report to Rafael Arcoverde, Brand Marketing Lead at Noxtua, who has spent the last 19 years in marketing, working on projects for clients including Warner Bros., Hornbach, McDonald’s, Sheraton, Red Bull, Unilever, and Bunge. His background is in Social Communications and Advertising, and he holds an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing. He has worked in hyper-growth tech startups and with global teams.
Our websites are often the first place a lawyer, general counsel, or partner meets Noxtua. They need to be fast, accessible, secure, and visibly premium. As our Frontend Web Developer, you’ll own how the Noxtua website and our sub-brand sites are built and how they perform. You’ll work closely with our Web Content Manager and the wider Brand Marketing team, turning brand and campaign ideas into polished, high-converting web experiences.
About you
You have 3+ years of experience building and maintaining websites, ideally marketing or corporate websites in B2B SaaS.
Strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript. You build responsive, pixel-accurate pages from Figma designs.
Hands-on experience with a modern CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, or a headless CMS such as Contentful, Storyblok, or Sanity), including building reusable templates and components.
You know how to make a site fast (Core Web Vitals) and technically sound for search (structured data, metadata, sitemaps, redirects).
You've set up analytics and tags (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and connected forms to marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), with consent management in mind.
Strong ability to work well with marketers and designers, explain technical trade-offs simply, and make the site easy for others to update.
Languages: Fluent English. German is a plus.
Your responsibilities
Build the website: develop pages, landing pages, and campaign pages from Figma designs, fast and on-brand.
Own the foundations: build and maintain reusable templates and components so the marketing team can create pages without a developer.
Keep it fast and findable: own site performance, accessibility and technical SEO.
Connect the stack: set up and maintain forms, tracking, consent and integrations with our marketing and sales tools.
Improve conversion: run tests on pages, forms and calls to action together with Marketing.
Support our growth across Europe: build and maintain multilingual versions of the site, keeping security and data protection in mind.
