The individual selected for this position will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the facility, strengthen operational execution, and help shape the next stage of the company's growth.
The Plant Manager will play a critical role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, driving employee accountability, improving production performance, and supporting maintenance reliability across the facility.
