Description
The Role
You will handle all government processes for our company and our clients, getting documents done accurately, on time and in line with UAE regulations.
What you’ll do
- Process visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards and work permits, including new applications, renewals and cancellations
- Handle trade licence applications, renewals and amendments with mainland and free zone authorities
- Submit and follow up on applications with MoHRE, GDRFA/ICP, the Department of Economy and Tourism, and free zones
- Arrange document attestation, translation and notarisation
- Track expiry dates and renewals so nothing lapses
- Keep clients and the team updated on progress and requirements
- Experience with government portals and service centres (Tasheel, Amer, ICP smart services)
What you bring
- 2 to 3 years’ PRO experience in the UAE
- A valid UAE driving licence and your own car
- A strong working knowledge of UAE government departments and their processes, with established professional relationships through the proper channels
- Up to date with changes to UAE labour, immigration and licensing rules
- Proactive and resourceful: you get things done and find practical solutions when problems come up
- Organised and reliable
