The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Enterprise Hardware Business Operations Analyst to support our Department of the Air Force (DAF) customer on the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. In this role, you will help operate and enhance the enterprise hardware fulfillment service that provides modern end‑user IT devices to Airmen and Guardians through a ServiceNow-based IT Storefront. You will oversee daily fulfillment operations, monitor order lifecycle performance, coordinate with vendors and shipping partners, and ensure readiness of surge staffing to meet Air Force demand. You will also work closely with senior EITaaS program leadership to align operational performance with enterprise-level service objectives.
This role is hybrid and will require at least 2 days on site in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end‑to‑end fulfillment of enterprise hardware orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to approved
- Ensure fulfillment personnel are trained and prepared to support Air Force hardware ordering and delivery workflows.
- Manage staffing readiness, including planning, timing, onboarding, and workload prioritization during peak demand periods.
- Engage with Value‑Added Resellers (VARs) responsible for coordination with multiple OEMs, pricing management, supply-chain activities, and end‑user device selection.
- Capture and report metrics on hardware fulfillment operations, cycle times, risks and issues, and vendor performance.
- Monitor the progress of hardware orders through the IT Storefront, proactively identifying issues, delays, or failures in automated workflows.
- Coordinate with IT Storefront system administrators, financial processing teams, and shipping vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Process orders directly as needed to support surge periods or address staffing gaps.
- Oversee operational project activities including requirements identification, workflow analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Establish strong partnerships with program sponsors, customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across fulfillment operations and implement strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences across the EITaaS program.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
- Strong analytical skills with experience identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience supporting DoD customers, preferably the Department of the Air Force.
- Experience managing workflows, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
Desired:
- Experience supporting ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or large-scale commercial IT service models within the DoD.
- Experience working with VARs, OEMs, or hardware supply‑chain management partners.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering process or operational improvements within a structured lifecycle or Agile environment.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
