The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive enterprise adoption of agent-based AI systems.
This role combines:
Enterprise Sales & Partnerships
Workflow Discovery & No-Code Solution Design
Product Feedback & Iteration
You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their workflows, build solutions using Agentium’s tooling (no coding required), and convert opportunities into pilots, LOIs, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Development & Partnerships
Build and leverage relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and enterprise stakeholders
Identify and qualify opportunities within mid-to-large enterprises
Develop strategic entry points into target accounts
Customer Discovery & Workflow Mapping
Analyze and document customer workflows, bottlenecks, and decision processes
Translate business problems into structured, automatable workflows
Workflow Design (No-Code)
Build and prototype agent-based workflows using Agentium tooling
Demonstrate how AI agents can:
Automate operations
Coordinate across systems
Improve decision-making
Product Feedback & Iteration
Act as a bridge between enterprise users and product/engineering teams
Deliver structured feedback on:
Workflow gaps
Feature requirements
Usability improvements
Commercial Execution
Drive deals from initial engagement → pilot → LOI → contract
Secure:
Letters of Intent (LOIs)
Pilot agreements
Enterprise contracts
Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments (procurement, legal, innovation teams)
Market Intelligence & Positioning
Stay informed on enterprise AI adoption trends and consulting strategies
Position Agentium within broader AI transformation initiatives
Articulate clear business value propositions for different industries
