Description
We are currently working with an established IT Systems & Cybersecurity Integrator in Greece that is looking to add a Senior Presales & Solution Architect to its team.
This could be a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who is already working within Presales / Solution Architecture, but equally for a strong Network / Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys the design and customer-facing side of technology and is looking to make that next step into Presales.
What you'll be doing:
- Working alongside the Sales team as the technical expert during customer meetings
- Understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Designing solutions across networking, infrastructure, systems, security and cloud environments
- Preparing technical proposals, scopes of work and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Running PoCs, technical presentations and solution demonstrations
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions can be successfully implemented
- Keeping up to date with new technologies through ongoing training and certificationsWhat we're looking for:
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise networking, including LAN, switching and Wi-Fi
- Good understanding of firewall / cybersecurity technologies
- Exposure to servers, virtualization, storage and enterprise systems integration
- Ability to understand a customer's technical challenge and design an appropriate solution
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you'll be speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certifications would be highly desirable
- Azure, AWS or other cloud certifications would be an advantageYou don't necessarily need to come from a traditional Presales background. If you're a technically strong engineer who understands networking/infrastructure and wants to move away from purely hands-on delivery towards solution design, architecture and customer engagement, I'd be very interested in speaking with you.
