Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at HSE Contractors in Texas. The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction site management, ensure construction safety compliance, utilize strong organization skills, manage project budgets, and implement effective project management practices on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications

• Construction Site Management and Construction Safety expertise min for 10 years
• USACE QMS & Engineering Manual (EM385-1) 
• EM 385-1-1 or USACE QCM  Certificate is a must.
• Strong Organization Skills and Budgeting proficiency
• Project Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus
