What You'll Do

As a Customer Operations Expert, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, helping them with their financial operations:

• Support customers by email, chat, and phone in Italian
• Handle queries about payments, transactions, accounts, and billing
• Process and review financial operations accurately and on time
• Investigate and resolve account issues, refunds, and payment discrepancies
• Support verification and compliance checks (KYC / AML) where needed
• Collaborate with internal teams in English to escalate and resolve cases
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English at B2 level minimum
• Customer service, back office, banking, or operations experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal (EU citizens can start straight away)
