Seattle, WA | Choose Your Schedule: 2, 3 or 4 Days/Week
Looking for a primary care role where you can spend meaningful time with patients, develop specialized expertise, and choose a schedule that works for your life?
We are an independent Seattle-based primary care practice seeking a Physician Assistant to join our small, collaborative team. Our practice provides comprehensive primary care with a particular focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community, including HIV prevention and care and gender-affirming care.
New PA graduates are encouraged to apply! Prior experience in LGBTQ+ health is welcomed but not required—we are happy to train a motivated provider who is genuinely interested in this patient population.
Choose the Schedule That Works for You
Work 2, 3 or 4 days per week — it's your choice!
Our full-time schedule is just 4 days per week, but we are equally open to candidates who prefer a 2- or 3-day schedule. Compensation is prorated based on the number of days worked.

What You'll Do
Provide relationship-focused primary care to a diverse adult patient population while developing expertise in LGBTQ+ health. You'll manage your own patient panel, collaborate closely with an experienced physician and APP team, and have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients.
