Your Mission

The digital world is changing every day, and you want to help shape it? Then the apprenticeship as a Digital Business Developer could be exactly right for you.

You’ll learn how modern technologies, data and Artificial Intelligence are used to create innovative solutions. You’ll design digital solutions, analyze data, automate processes and support teams in turning new ideas into reality. Along the way, you’ll work with a wide range of people, conduct workshops and operate at the intersection of people, technology and business.

Your journey starts with two intensive years of training at our partner company TIE International AG in Zurich. Afterwards, you’ll join Accenture and enter the exciting world of IT consulting, where you’ll put your knowledge into practice on real-world projects.

What you can expect

• Develop innovative solutions.
  You’ll learn how digital solutions are designed to improve processes and help businesses work more efficiently. Along the way, you’ll get to know modern technologies, programming as well as no-code and low-code tools.
• Use Artificial Intelligence and modern technologies.
  You’ll learn how AI tools can be used to develop ideas, create content, analyze data and automate processes.
• Create digital experiences.
  You’ll develop your first prototypes, mock-ups and user interfaces and learn how to make digital products as user-friendly as possible. Creativity and good design play an important role.
• Improve processes with data and technology.
  You’ll analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that help businesses become more efficient. You’ll also learn about databases, reporting tools and digital automation.
• Work directly with people.
  Not every ICT apprenticeship is just about programming. You’ll conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, present ideas and work closely with colleagues, experts and clients.

What we’re looking for

• Completed compulsory schooling at the highest level (e.g. Sek A or Gymnasium)
• Very good grades in science and mathematics
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Creativity and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good logical and analytical thinking skills
• Initiative, curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility
