About Hexnode
Hexnode is a global leader in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), trusted across 100+ countries managing millions of devices. We operate at the intersection of security and enterprise management across Apple, Windows, Android, macOS, Linux, and tvOS ecosystems. Joining Hexnode means stepping into a hyper-growth environment where you will directly impact our most strategic market: The Americas.
The role
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will own and execute our regional field marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and partner acceleration. Working closely with sales, channel, and global marketing teams, you will plan and manage high-impact trade shows, executive roundtables, partner co-marketing programs, and ABM initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline & ABM Strategy: Partner with US Sales and Channel Managers to plan, execute, and track regional field marketing campaigns that directly build marketing-influenced pipeline (MQLs/SQOs).
- Channel Co-Marketing: Align with regional VARs, MSPs, and distribution partners to deliver joint field activities and maximize co-op marketing investments.
- End-to-End Event Management: Own the strategy, execution, and ROI of regional trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer roundtables—from concept to post-event lead routing.
- On-Site Brand Ambassador: Represent Hexnode on-site at key industry events, engaging directly with CISOs, IT directors, channel partners, and end-customers.
- Campaign Attribution & Reporting: Track and measure event performance, ROI, and pipeline progression using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of B2B SaaS field marketing or demand generation experience (Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, UEM/MDM, or Infrastructure software strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing multi-city events, trade shows, and partner co-marketing initiatives with measurable pipeline ROI.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo).
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to host, present, and engage enterprise IT buyers and channel executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America as required for event execution.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary with attractive performance-based incentive structures.
- Comprehensive benefits package and flexible hybrid work environment.
- High-visibility role with direct ownership over Hexnode's largest growth region.
Hexnode is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome and encourage candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences to apply.
