You will provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that optimize customer lifecycle and improve campaign performance.Job Description
- Conduct in-depth customer data analysis to identify upselling and cancellation patterns, as well as customer usage behaviors based on segments.
- Identify customer segments with high potential for upselling and cancellation to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and present intuitive data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs related to customer lifecycle and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Business and Data Teams (DA, DS, DE) to enhance data infrastructure for advanced analytics.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
