<配属部門紹介>

主に国内3Mの工場・研究所等の設備・施設に関して全般的な責任を持ち、主に新規設備投資業務と既存設備の大規模改善業務を行なっております。

海外とのコミュニケーション及び国内外問わず先進的な技術の展開を行っております。

く具体的な職務内容>

スリーエムジャパングループ内の生産設備およびLab設備の導入等に携わっていただきます。

• 生産設備およびLab設備に関する、要求仕様の取り纏め
• 外部設計施工業者からの見積もり取得
• 稟議書作成予算取り
• 予算・納期・品質・安全等の施工管理
• 社内使用部門への引渡しと運用・保全のサポート

※当初は国内プロジェクトかメインとなりますが、将来海外(アジア)プロジェクトに関わる可能性もあります。

く経験・スキル>

・機械全般知識

・工場施設新現導入業務でのご経験

(工場での生産設備導入担当のご経験または、製造装置メーカーで設計、施工担当のご経験等)

・英語スキル

TOEIスコア600点以上、またはそれと同等の英語スキル
